Introduction: You'll only understand if you've ever experienced the city.
I am nor a person, place or thing. I am a flowing idea, a movement. A tango, using your melody. A melody which flows from your heart, weakness strength. Unless you dare to be apart of me, you will never experience me. I will merely be a beat that you can't hear, a rhythm you can't feel. You will never grasp my concept nor understand my hold, unless you join me. Ask me for a dance, because I will never ask you. Remember that I am too fast for you to follow, too quick for you to see. If you try to stop me, you will loose me. A loss you will never even know to miss. You may join me if you wish, but you'll have to sink into me. For if you jump into me, you will simply be splashing water and you will scare the fish. And you shall swim alone in your own school, instead of floating in my sea of greatness. A greatness mixed with nothing great, but something rare. Like oysters I am expensive, raw, risky and not for the weak stomached. For I am the king. My father was not queen, my mother was not king, but i had the greatest sword. You easily will never forget me, I am very distinctive. For nobody knows me, and than forgets me. I am sour with fumes, and sweet with fragrance. My laugh is roaring, my yells are sharp. I will tower over anyone and everything. Except the birds and the clouds. But i am not threatened, for even the birds solute me, and the clouds bathe me. I may sometimes drink too much and over indulge in foods, but I will smile when i say "Aren't I still great?". I will never stop and you'll never catch me. The man on the street, who plays his saxophone with no sheet, no lesson, no home I use his melody. The woman who will never stop not for street signs, traffic, or family, I use her rhythm. The singers, the business, the shops, the steaming coffee, the buses, the taxes, the lost puppy, i use their beats. And for you my newest fish, wondering, bright eyed, blowing bubbles, making your own oxygen and happy, I use your everything. For I am the king.
